Around These Parts

Funny thing about life, it just never goes quite as planned. It’s been what, 2 weeks since I posted that I wanted to post more often again? hahaha!

How about a quick little catch-up, in my favorite style, with a healthy dose of phone snaps? It’s included a wedding for a highschool and college friend, baking, donuts, adorable boys, homeschooling, crying boys, therapy appointments, hacked credit cards…and no photos of the last three. They just are time-sucks! Before you scroll through, I also want to let you know that Blessed Is She has another seasonal journal out! Pre-orders are available for the Lenten journal, and Stations of the Cross prayer cards. {affiliate link}

Jenna said they’ve worked to make this the best yet, and if this tops the Advent journal and Jesse Tree cards, then this set is a must-have if you’re looking for something to help deepen your spiritual and prayer life this Lent. There is also a retreat happening in March, in Arizona. If you’re near there, or interested in traveling, definitely check it out. I’m sure it is going to be a great experience.

On to the photos!

Coming soon: Embrace the Ordinary, posts about homeschooling and the donuts, and probably some random thoughts on life and love and faithful living. Oh, and quilting.
