Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some items are non-returnable.
- written-in Adoration journals
- Downloadable journals, prayer guides, and printables
- All stickers
To complete your return, please provide a copy of your order or order number, as well as reason for returning it. I will be in communication with you about the conditions for your specific item/reason, as well as if you need to ship the item back to me.
If shipping an item back is requested, I will provide a shipping address–do not ship any item back to a third party. All return-shipping costs are customer’s responsibility.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item.
For all refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours after returned item has been received.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
I can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact me ASAP if your order contains defective or damaged items.
Gifts
If you received a gift from my shop and desire to make a return, please contact me ASAP. I will need the name of the person who gave you the gift to look up the order and proceed with any possible return. Gifts returned to me will be replaced if possible or exchanged for store credit.
